I ended up not feeling comfortable using this while pregnant. For me, if I’m unsure about something during pregnancy, I’d rather skip it than worry, so I decided not to use it.

My order was supposed to get here last week, and it still hasn’t arrived?? The tracking hardly updates, and every time I contact customer service, they basically just tell me to wait a little longer. I really needed these things before my baby came, so the whole situation has been super stressful. if delivery is going to be this unreliable, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I don’t know why, but using this website gets annoying fast. The pages take longer to load than I’d expect, and even little things like clicking into a category or going back to search results feel sluggish. Finding a product also takes more effort than it should — I kept noticing small stuff, like filters not being where I expected them or product names getting cut off in odd places. It’s not impossible to use, but it definitely makes shopping feel more tedious than it needs to be

I ordered from Earth Mama Organics thinking it’d show up in a normal timeframe, you know, nothing crazy, but wow the shipping felt so slow.

The tracking was barely doing anything, which made it more annoying because I kept checking like maybe it finally moved, and nope, it just seemed to sit there for days. I actually needed the stuff sooner, so the whole thing was kind of frustrating.
The products might be totally fine, I’m not even really complaining about that part, but the shipping made the order feel not worth it. Unless they get that sorted out, I don’t think I’d order again.

I’m not sure if it’s just my skin or maybe I’m using too much, but this doesn’t really seem to absorb for me. It kind of just sits on top and feels greasy.

I liked that it uses organic ingredients, and that definitely made me feel better about trying it. At first, I was hopeful, but this is where it got annoying: I just didn’t notice anything that really made it stand out. It’s not bad at all, just not something that blew me away.

I picked up a couple of Earth Mama products hoping they’d help with my dry skin, but i didn’t see much of a difference!! The balm felt nice when I first put it on, but after a few days it didn’t really seem to improve anything. The spray was kind of the same, felt okay at first, but it wore off quickly and didn’t do much. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just wasn’t worth the money.

After using it a few times, I can say the actual product inside is really good. The problem is the container. It’s hard to squeeze, and the cap gets messy quickly, which makes it annoying to use day to day. For the price, I expected the packaging to be a little more practical.

I really wanted to like this, but the scent was just way too much for me. It has this weird herbal smell, and not in a fresh or relaxing way. I couldn’t use it. Also, it was frustrating because the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was getting, which just made the whole experience even more annoying.

I bought this mainly because of the badges on the packaging, but the labels didn’t explain much. It felt like something that should be simple was made confusing. Some of the claims were vague, and I wanted clearer certification info before feeling like I could really trust it

The products themselves are fine, so no real complaints there. But customer service was really slow. I emailed twice and didn’t hear back until days later, and even then it was just a short reply that didn’t really solve much. It felt like every time I tried to get a clear answer, the goalposts kept moving and I had to keep chasing them. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

I thought I was going to love this, and at first I was kind of excited to try it. But the texture was just weirdly thick and a little gritty, like it didn’t smooth out evenly. It sort of spread okay in some spots, but then it left this sticky layer on my skin that I couldn’t ignore. Maybe it works for someone else, but yeah, I’m disappointed. Not the worst thing ever, just not for me.

I really wanted this to work, but nope, my skin was not having it. I broke out in hives quickly after using it, which was super frustrating. I ended up rinsing it off and digging around for allergy meds, and somehow also reorganized my bathroom drawer in the process, because apparently that’s what I do when I’m stressed. Anyway, definitely not for me.

Something about this brand doesn’t sit right with me anymore. Maybe it’s a gut reaction, but when a company starts to feel a little questionable ethics-wise, my brain kind of takes the shortcut of, “Okay, probably not worth trusting.” I just don’t feel confident buying from them now.

I returned my order and the whole refund process took forever. It did get sorted eventually, but man, the returns are just really slow and kinda frustrating.

I reached out hoping to get some real help with breastfeeding, but the response felt like a generic copy-and-paste answer. It didn’t really address what I was asking, and I didn’t feel heard. As a new mom, I was looking for support and reassurance, so this was frustrating. Personally, I wouldn’t rely on this for breastfeeding help.

I really wanted to like this because it seemed like it would be mild and more natural, but my skin reacted quickly?? I only used a small amount, and I still ended up with redness and that stinging feeling. Maybe it’s fine for some people, but for me it definitely wasn’t gentle. I tried it a couple times just to be sure, then stopped. Disappointed honestly.

I ordered a few baby care things, and one of them wasn’t the item I actually picked. The quantity was off too, so I had to go back and check my email twice because I thought maybe I, well, maybe I had clicked the wrong thing somehow.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while, and I still had to wait for the correct item to show up. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just kind of annoying when you’re expecting the order to be simple.

I was hoping for clearer info about the purity, but it all felt vague to me. that’s a BIG deal when I’m deciding what to buy, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering this again.
